At age 13,
future international supermodel Niki Taylor
is discovered during an open casting call
with Irene Marie. Taylor goes on to sign
the largest modeling contract ever awarded
by a cosmetic company at the time.

is one of the first real-estate investors
on Ocean Drive. Irene purchases the Sun
Ray Apartments, home of the infamous chainsaw
massacre scene from the movie Scarface

Scott King (Calvin Klein) and Britt Bradford
(Versace).
